Radhakrishnan Pillai has done an extensive study and research on “Kautilya’s Arthashastra”. He is the founder-director of Chanakya Institute of Public leadership (CIPL) at the University of Mumbai. He has authored 15 books on Chanakya. D. Sivanandhan is a former police officer who had a major role to play in restructuring Mumbai’s defence forces after the 2008 terror attack.
Chanakya’s teaching about leadership has been explained with case studies. It’s not like a regular book on Chanakya but rather a leadership guide which has been written in simple and understandable language, any layman can understand and learn from the book.
